JL Billet .308 15" Angle Cut Free Float M-Lok Handguard High Profile
The continuous top rail allows you to mount iron sights, optics and any other accessories without additional rail sections. The Magpul M-Lok system allows users to customize the handguard with rail sections and direct mount accessories. The handguard is constructed of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and finished with an optional Mil-Spec type III hard coat black anodizing.
The MLA has a precision bore to fit the proprietary barrel nut which removes any unwanted play and ensures an exact fit!! Installation requires a 1-5/16" Crows Foot wrench (not included) for the barrel nut; standard AR-10 barrel nut wrenches will not work with this handguard system. These rails are some of the lightest you will find anywhere! The 15" weighs in at only 10.9 oz. including the barrel nut. Available in low, high, and Armalite profiles.

15" .308 M-Lok Handgaurd
I'm extremely impressed with this handguard. Lightweight, strong, and has a beautiful design to it.

Light and gorgeous
I had a problem finding a high profile .308 ,but that is no longer an issue. This rail is light and sexy and easy to installl.

SUPERIOR FINISH and OPTIMUM WEIGHT/GAUGE
The only thing that keeps me from rating 5 stars is the price I guess. (Plus I despise the thought of giving any money to your State.) However this IS a superior product and was fit to an Aero M5 (threaded) upper with no trouble at all. I find Aero handguards far too light in gauge and I only wish JL Billet would consider further design offerings. For instance we have a company (Diamondhead) that seems to have produced the most gorgeous and ergonomic handguard for real shooters out there. However they exist more in electronic ether and dreams than in any customers hands I know of. Also Strike industries basic model with non continuous picatinny is superior and offers a larger dia. and heavy gauge stock . The rounded flat bottomed more triangular handguard profile is highly prized and would be welcome in future design consideration.

Awesome handguard!
I just installed this on my .308 build using an Aero Precision M5 upper and it fit perfect! It took no time to install and is very easy. This is the best looking handguard in my opinion and it is very light. Superb craftsmanship as well! My advice is order the 1-5/16" crowfoot wrench from JL when you order this handguard; they're not easy to find anywhere else in that size.

great product
This is my second JL billet handguard and I can say they are very nicely executed. They're lightweight, function as they should, and on top of that they look great. I'll only be purchasing these handguards for future builds.

Excellent handguard
Looks great, very light, but sturdy. High quality. Narrow, easy to hold. Only downside is I couldn't find a crowfoot wrench at harbor freight small enough to fit into the flat part of the barrel nut.
