  1. functionality

Posted by Unknown on 8th May 2018

this product is amazing it really cuts weight however had a big problem with it punching holes through primers! it was only a minor fix the firing pin was about 4/1000 to narrow at the point got a slightly fatter firing pin and it fixed the problem!

  2. If you are looking to build a light weight AR10 this should be in your sights

Posted by Pmac on 26th Jul 2017

Next to a light weight barrel there is not one single component with the ability to cut weight like this. If a light weight AR10 is your goal this is one of the keys to getting there. A savings of ~8oz over a standard BCG is fantastic but the 1/2 lb drop in reciprocating mass can't be ignored. A side weight benefit is reducing the buffer weight to match. It’s a win/win. As far as the quality is concerned I stripped the bolt and carrier completely while checking headspace and found the product machine work to be fantastic.

  3. Follow up on (Awesome BCG!!!)

Posted by Corey Ellis on 16th Aug 2016

I took my completed .308 rifle out to the 300 yard range recently. I was very pleased with the results. This BCG operated perfectly. I used hornady and federal ammo and both brands ejected fine without any issue. All my primers on all my rounds had a very clean and uniform dent right in the center. All in all I am still happy with this purchase and would definitely buy a second one.

  4. Very nice

Posted by Unknown on 17th May 2016

Nice quality and machining. The 308 Titanium BCG is only a little heavier than a standard 556 BCG.
My build is still in process. I will update when I get the chance to cycle.

  5. great upgrade

It was unfortunate that the carrier had a nick on one of the bearing surfaces, not happy at all about that.

  6. Best thing you can get for your AR308

Posted by breastroker on 27th Dec 2015

I got my BCG direct from the distributor a couple week before they became available. I used it to create the lightest AR308 with 18 inch barrel anywhere! Got it down to 4.99 pounds without scope. With a good adjustable gas block and good muzzle brake, my 5 pound AR308 shoots very soft, just a little bit more than my 6.8's.

But with action weights cut in half, the hammering is down from sledge hammer to ball peen. I am getting half inch groups or better, and the titanium BCG is a big part of it.

I have hundreds of rounds shot with this BCG and it still looks like new. Zero issues with the brass, no deformation or swiping.

  7. Awesome BCG!!!

Posted by Corey on 18th Oct 2015

When this BCG came in the mail I didn't expect the package to be so light. I opened the package and there it was, its Ionbond-Tribobond Coating did feel pretty smooth to the touch and all the millwork was pretty spot on. I am currently in the process of building a 308 rifle. I will put up a second review once I see how well it operates, but as of now the BCG passes the look and feel test, and certainly is lighter than most BCG.
